“ Quaint cafe with an outgoing and friendly owner/barista/chef! My wife and I got the Simms and Blaze lattes with a B/E/C Everything Bagel and a breakfast burrito with steak and jalapeños. $30 with a tip. Perfectly thin and crispy burrito tortilla and both our breakfasts and lattes were full of flavor. We're pretty sure we'll be getting breakfast there tomorrow morning too! ”
“ This place is such a hidden gem! It’s located in the hospital complex, yet very easy to find. Just go through the main entrance of the building maps lead you to and follow the signs. I love their coffee and croissant sandwich. Their muffins are elite as well and the staff are always super friendly too. Copper Lotus is always a go to stop for my sister and I when we’re traveling on I-95! ”

I’ve introduced Copper Lotus to my boyfriend and family and they all come here when they can. My monthly menu item obsession rotates. Right now, the chicken Cesar salad in a wrap is my fixation. The chicken salad is always a must when it’s on the menu too! Visit Copper Lotus Cafe for breakfast and/or lunch. You won’t be disappointed! I love this place! Ps. Don’t forget to get a sweet treat.
